Order & Shop

How do I track my order?

You will be provided a tracking number upon order processing and shipment.​ ITBC currently uses the USPS for shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

​For Shop orders we accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash App, Venmo and Zelle are accepted for select promotional campaigns only.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to our size and to better align with our environmental values ITBC only ships orders domestically in the United States.​

What is your return/refund policy?

Returns and refunds are not currently accepted on orders that have been processed (packed with a tracking number.)​ This helps minimize the impact on our natural environment and encourages more mindful consumption. However, if an item arrives damaged please Contact us with photos and your order number so we can correct and improve it!

How long will it take to receive my order?

​Orders are packed weekly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for postal drop-off on Mondays. This means that all orders for a given week, regardless of order date, are shipped out the same day. For example, if an order was placed on Monday 1/6/25 and another placed on 1/10/25, they both would have been taken to the carrier for shipment on 1/13/25.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

​Orders of physical products can be modified or cancelled if they have not yet been processed (tracking number.) Orders of digital products cannot be modified or cancelled once placed because they are delivered to your inbox immediately. For Cartomancy services, modifications to the nature of the reading may be made if the reading has not been completed, however once the service has begun or been delivered, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted.

 

Are my digital products available immediately after purchase?

​Yes, unless otherwise noted for a presale, live event, or other digital ITBC offer. Check the email inbox that was provided at checkout (or the spam folder if not seen!) If you still do not have the product email 30 minutes after ordering Contact us.

How do I book a Cartomancy service/reading?

​Visit our Shop and select the reading that best meets your current needs. Please Contact us with any questions.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?

​As of February 2025, we currently do not offer gift wrapping or gift card options.

What are your shipping rates?

All physical orders ship for a flat $11, and orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.​

How do I manage or cancel my MIA subscription?

What's included in each subscription tier?

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Our subscription tiers are offered on a monthly or annual payment schedule, dependent upon the tier option chosen.

Are there any commitments or contracts?

No, you can cancel or upgrade from monthly to annual benefits at any time. Thank you for being a Founding Subscriber!

Can I share my Subscription with others?

Truly, you can do what you want. But, being an LGBTQ+ woman-owned small business startup, we entirely rely on the paid support of every Practitioner who blesses us through their monthly or annual Subscription and would appreciate keeping it one account per one Practitioner. A 'Practicing Partnership Bundle' is a possibility of the future though, just let us know!

What is your sustainability commitment?

Our tagline, Magic In Action, is a testament to our continued sustainability commitment. ITBC is a 1% For The Planet company committing a minimum of 1% annual revenue to qualifying non-profits that support environmental education, preservation, and restoration projects worldwide. We commit to a weekly volunteer shift helping Forever Familiars associated with our local animal non-profit, PAWS, and pick up environmental litter every instance we can. Through the inventory we choose to stock in our Shop, to our vetted Affiliates, our ongoing Forever Familiars Project, and the content we create and share for fellow Practitioners of Life across all of our platforms, we put our Magic In Action daily demonstrating a transition toward deeper and wider sustainability.

Where do you source your products?

Our Shop is organized by the following product categories: Pre-Loved & Still Lovable, Impact-Business products/bundles, Original ITBC Creations, and Cartomancy Services. Our Pre-Loved & Still Lovable items are sourced secondhand from thrift stores, individual sellers, and similar locations. Impact-Business products/bundles are sourced from independently owned businesses, fellow 1% FTP members, or other companies that offer environmentally-mindful products and services. Original ITBC Creations are the tools made and offered by our in-house Practitioners, these include all digital products. Cartomancy Services are completed by our founder, The Garden Variety Witch, after your order has been received.

How do you verify the ITBC brand Affiliates?

​All Affiliates that ITBC shares have been product/service tested in-house, and we recommend these brands based on our own personal experience along with the specific individual brand values, and encourage other Practitioners to explore these helpful tools for themselves. 

What certifications do you hold?

ITBC is a licensed and insured Washington State LLC, and we have held a 1% For The Planet Certification since 2023.
